How to use Black UI + Extras

Well, I've gone to the topic and tried to figure out how to make it work and all but I don't know how :P

Do I do the following:
Copy the current UI Folder and Place it somewhere else
Download the Black UI and Replace the UI files
Extract the Black UI Files(How do I extract I've never used WinRar/WinZip)
Then it works? This is what I've been told. and How can I get WinRar/WinZip free?

Also do I use the same steps for the Target/Wings but just change the Folder location?

Download a program called 7-zip, free and easier then those other 2 lol.

You copy your ui folder for a backup, extract the files from the download anywhere on your comp, then copy them into your ui folder thats in the ko directory.
