if u look closely, the "1" and "2" are very similar, but i'd have to say it's a "1"
the arch at the top of the number isn't big enaugh to be "2"

also if he would have 20k+ hp and he's on 10k/20k then his hp bar wouldn't be full...

Yes he is unbuffed Because he wear the armor earned from the Monthly rank of Np's (dunno the armor name for warrior) this armor give a lots of bonus hp and ressistance (u can see its giving 750 HP bonus)
