im protesting (look at the SS, like 5 tickets in 2 hours) but they answer allways the same and close the ticket... looks like the customer support just copy and paste the same text to all.
I unserstand that they receive like 2000 tickets per day, but its not my problem >_<...
And i just wanna know if they can do the ban a bit less xD.

Well you was actually quite dumb to show your ID, it&#39;s only a matter of time and luck before someone actually finds your password. By then you will be unbanned and gathered items to be then hacked the shit out of lol.
