Thats a GM spawned isiloon long time ago. And yes, they used to drop like crazy, rogue shell boots were consider as crap drop, cuz they had 100% item drop rate. But now they only drop BUSs

i remember once a gm spawned isiloon on cz in beramus after a boss event. and gm tolded in yellow, isiloon dropped IN&IB. it happened in beramus but donno if this pic from beramus
