I realy never seen this before, i even asked the guy where he got it from but he could not say a word english so it was the holl time "Boss Event" so i dont have a idee who can drop it.

But i never seen items like this before and my question was also like if there is a Priest impact mp recovery on the server akara is there also a Impact that can drop by a monster?
