Fragment of arrogance is the crappiest one, most of them just give a weapon/armor enchant scrolls and BUS, sometimes shells and if u are lucky u get a high class weapon.

I used to buy around 100 of FoA at WCS server, and out of 100 I get around 2 uniques, so there u got ur % of getting a unique with FoA

the "red ones" will usually give you either an enchantment scroll, or a BUS, its the lowest level of fragment.
