no actually it's a sample by andrew, you can go and check his tutorials about after effects. many people did many intros by using his samples and tutorials. here's one of his tutorials that i'll use in my movie

well i just watch the tuts to learn some shit, then i do my own. But when it comes to adobe after effects i gave up after watching many tutorials and still not being able to do something nice ^^

He's actually correct.

0:16-0:22 you took how it was from riot gear(?) ads or so.

Also it's way to fast and overedited. Not smooth enough
