alright guys just a quick question, I downloaded fraps today and i typically run about 75-100 FPS when playin KO. but when i turn fraps on i go right to 12. any ideas in how i can get my FPS up while runnin fraps???

Would help to know your specs
Consider using growler guncam, it's WAY less intensive, and compresses as you record. The only downside I've encountered is that it doesn't automatically create new files for you when the size limit is reached.
try use Xfire, it working better for me than Fraps.
