just got back from unpacking somet hings decided i'd log in and mess with the settings. turned it all to low and it seemed to work some what.

I had the same problem before :P, Reinstal your drivers if it dosnt work, then i think u need a new grapic card :P.
And if that also dosnt work then scan your pc :P, because it can also be a trojan or virus.
