That's not Knight Empire. That's actually what was originally called Knight Online. The map you mostly see in that video is an old war map that has been rarely used in many servers ever since, but was never used back in the day. I recall first seeing it in some private server and then in EUKO.

That should be all the expansions if I haven't missed any of the newer ones.

Edit: Knight Empire was 70 cap version with shells max armor and Forgotten Temple as the only special event. Most of the iconic PK videos are from this era and MYKO was also using the Knight Empire version. Hence many private servers refer to themselves as MYKO/KE servers. The more you know.
