+3 = 24
+4 = 32
+5 = 40
+6 = 48
+7 = 56
+8 = 64
+9 = 72
+10 = 80

if ur not totally stupid the staffs doesnt have 10 elemental dmg each + they only get 8ele dmg each + so that means 80elemental dmg at +10....
