There are lots of people who speak english but mostly türks again. i'm playing with rampage, its fun. Just got banned for 1-3 days for cursing a guy who started ksing our paramun spot ..

dont hesitate taking ur questions to general discussion, its way more active (or just read whats said there, it might answer u already)

my view is unless u have a bunch of friends restarting, or still playing, its not worth it, the only improvement that steamko provides is higher security(we hope), which depending on why u quit may or may not be enough to come back. I was gonna tell u about genie and how its easier to lvl now, but i see u played europa so i guess u already know about that .

Anyway if u decide to play, the current choice seems to be cypher to have a english speaking community, but i doubt it ll be any more than the flavor of the month (just my 2 cents there). Anyway u re the one who knows what u liked/disliked about the game so nooone really can answer the question for u
