if u actually notice, priests are suposed to use enough int to wear their armors, and the rest to str. Thats why the lvl70 weapon is for a chitin priest, and is the highest ap 1h weapon in game. Also, everypriest has attack skills, in every class, no matter what... u think those are there just "in case of"? Every priest has a skill that gives u +30 str bonus, every priest over 45 can use prayer of god power without restriction... if u do the math, priests are designed to use chitins and attack, it all fits

Ah ha! and besides g1 BP sucks because you get pwned in party situations. Plate BP with smite hammer = pwnage.
P.S. If any orcs on Ares want to 1v1 I normally hang out around the sides of your base. =P
