Dread Shield +6 SS / Stats

I'd like to know the stats of a Dread Shield +6
and a Pool about what's better vs rogue as (full str bp):

DoL +7 > Dread Shield +6
or
Dread Shield+6 > DoL+7

Again sorry if it's wrong section!

thats ur choice, if u only go for rogues then the dol, but if u fo gor all then dread>>>>>dol cus it has around 100 more ac but no dd if im right maybe it has dunno
but anyway, id take the dread+6 over the dol

It has like 7 DD at +7 i THINK.

And i would choose that over the DOL because i think 100 ac makes up for like 7 DD.
