which is the ac diference btwn a +7 new armor set and a +8 shell set? (perhaps 30?) , so u prefer 30 ac againt like 5xx hp + 4xx mana ? ( without mentioning that the new set gives some resistances too) . i would go for that new set .[/b]

yes is 35 defense difference but a good geared sin have alredy enought HP/mana and 500hp more as i said is not even 1 HS by a 80 warrior..

i prefer 35 defense over 500hp and few resist, specially now that with minor cooldown u cannot tank so many damages

Fail? This set at +7 its WAY better than a set shell+8 why? cuz it gives exactly the same dex a set shell +8 will give you, but it gives u 30 to all resis, hp mana and hp points. And yes, you have to be retarded to think anything could give you 5x(15+12) amount of dex.[/b]

belive me i tested on my mage .
they are giving only 15 dex with full set not 1x 15 only 5x 15 ( only 15 ) .
ur dex bonusses are 140 ( in U ) , when u use the shells ( full set ) it's doing 155 .

End of the line, like it was already said: Dragon armor +7 is better then chitin +8, but not as good as a shell set +8. Dragon set +8 owns the fuck out of a shell set +8.
Shell set +9 owns dragon set +8. dragon set +9 owns shell set +9. Even though I would take a dragon set +9 over a shell set +10 ^^ Just because it looks sexier. (Speakin orc's)
