Imir rings ? Why not using Dual ROM i got btw dual rom right now

enough int for crystal set +9 (rest into MP), dual rof +0/+1, iron set, SSE's +1/+2 or CE +2/+3 and Hell Blood +7/+8! fire mage ofc
