edit: and to S3LLER, there are so many random people using fruity loops and "creating" their own "techno" songs by splicing in portions of their favorite rap songs.. so

1. it'll be tough to find the actual song
2. it's low quality music anyway

I just type'd a search in google with techno, dr.dre and snoopdog and posted first result I found

With no hints of words or anything it will be stupidly hard to find. Probably easier finding it on limewire.
