I worked my ass off to get 63 on Manes when it was still KE, they updated it to rofd and suddenly everyone was 63+ in a couple of days.

The current Ardream made for people who love PK just doesn't give you the PK feeling that 60+ pk gives you.

But anyway you are right too, wouldn't be fair to high lvl ppl, making ardream 30-60 would be perfect.
