I know someone that uped a MS from +1 to +13 rebirth... and starting using tears at +4 just puting the item in the anvil again and again.

umm he got +15 for more than 1 item... he got 7 items and he upgraded them all? on up at a time enough for the server update to take place?
which means he uped all 7 at once, then did it again with 100% sucess and again and again
