It does look fishy, a +9 highclass item is alot of USD and to risk that on the anvil numerous times.. Then again lately anvil been a bit kind by the looks of it, a friend made a tota +9 then another guy made MS+9 and i made a Exc DS +9.. I&#39;ve also seen a couple more +9&#39;s for sell on Dies that im 95% positive on are newly made items.
It made me wonder if the chance of making a +9 have increased as not everyone have enough spare cash to risk a upgrade there aint &#39;all to many&#39; new items made but we will not know. There will always be some people who will get lucky at anvil but looking at this full set of items it look more like bullshit.

OMG I FORGOT!! there was an anvil bug recently, people were able to upgrade @ a much higher percentage rate, it was only from maintence to maintence though.

Truelly u have ALWAYS 50% chance to upgrade item, it will burn or succeed just matter of luck lol

True, it will burn or go. But that goes for anything really. Stand in front of a incomming train and try to jump before the train hit ya, either you live or die. There will always be other factors aswell, but if you put the question as a Yes/No then ofcourse it will be 50% chance. Then again, others will take the % of the % and get a totally different % then 50.
In short it depends on how you think :P
