its a Rare +10. i have a Deep Scar +8/64 Lightning Damage and it glows Glacier its not a tbl item cause i had it over 1 year and got it back in KE. but the +10 one in the photo there i can't vouch for[/b]

the only thing he can get that shit is from gm and gm's wont give any item rare... only upgrade items..

on private servers, if you take a deep scar for example, put an element other than glacier (fire,poison,lightning) it'll turn rare and have less elemental damage. Then upgrade it to +10, it'll look exactly like that. If it had glacier damage, the name would stay purple and would give 100 glacier damage.
