Quality question

I got the quality up, but it's still not good enough, I think. I cannot read the hp and the damages I receive. And when I watch other movies I was able to read it.

I'm making a new vid, on my last vid the only neg comments were the quality. So I want to improve this. The only problem is : I'm noob at this and have no clue how to improve it.

I'm using growlersoftware to record and virtualdub to compress (stunner (I think) told me to use virtualdub) .

I'll upload 2 random vses so you can look yourself.
So could you please reply on the quality and how I can improve it?

Some moments , the vid gets very blurry and I have no clue why :s.

Please download them as the stream quality is lower already.
And ... Is the file size not to big for the quality? 1 min = +- 18 mb.

what codec are you using to compress the video?

I suggest H.264 codec, and play around with the bitrate to get a good quality/size ratio.
