those are probably the free quest uniques earings and rings in use / quest neck and belt in the inventory

using also IN and glass belt maybe , cuz his AC is only 270


wait no.. no glass belt , skeleton maybe cuz no int bonus and glacier resist is 30 points higher than the rest

3.8k hp(2kbuff), + parasite(20% -hp base) = 1350hp,
