But as for the bows, i tried changing the files in the item folder to get one of those bows to look like an iron bow.Thats why I have soo many noob bows.

That shows you how many +6 accesories does it need to make higher grade accesories.
For that +2 14 ring the guy needed 729 +6's

hey rel;ly arent hard to make, all u gotta do is go around the markte and buy up all the +6/+7/+8 jewels and u can make em pretty fast, its actualy a relly good way to make money
