I think you should go check, it's been tested a million times, it doesn't effect shit for all classes apart from mage.

some1 said that hb8>ms9 with those rings, and ifelt like telling him that hb8 is even > ii+9, and the rings dosnt do anything, and not every1 know about this. but how u compare its just retarded.

As a matter of fact I'm not really that sure about this. But I do think that ROF's flame dmg does affect the damage u get when someone hit's ya. I remember when my Logos BP which had at first dual ROCs and a HB 7, than I got dual ROF's and i hit for about 100 more, and don't tell me that's just the 2 STR extra u get.

thats what you think, but its been testen so many times before, i tested it myself. and there was just no difference

My friend tested it with hes friend; he couldn't kill him once with dual RoC's and HB +8 but with dual RoF's and HB +8 he always killed him and my friend is also using RoF +0 and RoC +1 instead of dual RoC's +1 because it does effect the damage's he hit's :|
