Its not bug,its a good timming,when u have low HP.
Try explain it.When u have around 2000 HP,automatically(master on lvl 60) ur defens raise,so after he use heal,u can see his AC(mean higher-still with like 2k HP=>still with "master" skill) and full HP(after heal).

If I interpret that correctly, you say that you get with master skills more ac, which is not correct. And I have no idea what you mean with the rest :/
