I know I already downloaded that UI ... wondering if there is any others or how to make a UI and how to make skills like full party heal look different etc !

1. Get N3TexViewer and photoshop/gimp
2. find ur armor/weapon/animation file u want to edit
3. open with n3texviewer save as bmp
4. open with photoshop/gimp, do ur editing save it
5. use n3texviewer to resave it a dxt.
