with lvl 72 and helis it makes not that much difference in dmg if u use hp armor´s
btw... thehelmet and boots are weapon def anyway

Chitin hp +8 set with roc/rol/in/ib/dual we, hb +7 at lvl 72 will have about these stats
80lr/80fr/60gr 5.5K HP with 2k,1500 AP,1100-1130AC and about 5.5k mp

Chitin +8 Str set is the same but around 4k-4.5k hp and 2k ap ~
