Well I use sony vegas pro 9.0 and fraps.
Also it's recorded with half quality, because my computer can't handle full quality on fraps, when I play on rogue.

thanks for the infos, but im not bout to pay for fraps/sony vegas xD I'm starting to record with xfire, not sure if the quality is gonna be good enough but it doesnt lag for me at all so far, did you pay for the sony vegas?

Well I haven't paid for sony vegas/fraps neither, but yeah fraps should have best quality of those video cams.
Also fraps doesn't lagg that much and if it does lagg, then you can set it up to record "half quality".

If you have ati radeon graphic card, then it might lagg.
It doesn't work well with those usually.
