Let me guess, you're playing or last played at c-west. You're just bitter that EUKO hung c-west out to die. He was on server 2 when doing these upgrades. If I'm not not mistaken c-west doesn't even have a server 2 it's that dead.

Actually he's just an idiot who probably doesn't know jackshit about the game anymore. He used to spread his "wisdom" like 2 years ago, but we made him leave the forum, he probably doesn't even know there's a european version of the game now.

Pretty sure he last played Ares... doesn't make sense if he played C-west as it's even emptier than Europa 2's Moradon.

This is my first upgrade (and the only one on sv) of my fr+3, like a month ago. The fraps cutted it cuz I was just using the trial-version. I got the two flame rings+3 on the server, and I bet that there's just one or two more jewels+3, I'm not sure about that.

lol, It's called the server 2. Oblivious I will never try a jewel to +3 if the server was died like usko servers.

In Euko the victoria piece just gives more probablity of upgrade. I think there's no bind system in Usko, because in Euko if you got for exemple one FR binded, and another 2 unbinded, you can't upgrade it and it will appear "items required for upgrade doesn't match" ... so, you just need to bind em all.
