its possible since worm can drp them at +8 so at +8 they cost like 2M
buy 100 stiletto +8 2M and if you're lucky you should get around 5 +9

its legit and a stileto +10 is better than a md +7 and ive heard better than a shard +8 in off hand ._. not sure tho something like that ask cecilia

ive got a stilletto +10, its not worth using in off hand unless u want extra 30 damage on warriors. besides that it is nothing good except just to show off.

owner of my account got it, some chickenhead with a _tr after his name had it and offered it with alot of other items...he thought it was duped at first but said ehh fuck it why not. and it stayed in the inn. so i guess he ended up upgrading it himself. so it IS possible.
