2. Keyframes

Make alot of key frames close togather. Then on each key frame you move the picture left, right, top, down etc.. As a result you get the shake effect

well the 2 servers i was active on, i managed to dominate both and get borded dragon.. anyways your still upset since i beat you 3v1 so you always try to bash my name when ever you get the chance, i never said im the best player in ko, i know there is always a better player so nobody can be the best, but i haven't ever met someone who beat me which i couldn't beat.
