which skill bar is better for a lvl 70 rogue assassin

this is one of the only ways to get 12 unless your a slow comboer. ( meaning the number of skills u can get in before spike reloads)

Not counting, any skill obtained after 70.

If you hit right there will be no delay what so ever.
It's all about using the correct order of skills since they have different cooldown.

This is the way to hit:
Spike
Thrust
Bloody Beast
Cut
Dagger (stab)
Shock
Pierce
Jab
Bloody Beast
Cut

Shock


This way you will hit 12 skills per round (instead of the normal 11). You need 11 hits to cooldown purple skills and 5 hits to cooldown orange/grey skills and with this hitting order it works perfectly for each of the skills.

This is not the ultimate way to PK though since your Pierce comes so late, but when tanking (1v1, killing bosses and so on) it's worth it.

I'm guessing it's not different nowadays even though I've not been online for six months.

Some people's computers aren't good enough to handle 2 minors at once, or you can spam a single minor as fast as double minor. It's all preference.
