hmm well this isnt a patch is just for jpko servers also we have 30 "new" weapons ( not new to me just to all of u , every few monts new stuff is added into the premium store )
btw does usko have NPC transformation scrolls?

Yes USKO has transofmration scrolls. from PUS I think. Not sure if they were removed. That circled figure is just to tell you when your armour / weps are at 1/4 durability or something
