my old computer with the worst graphic card EVER had shit like that
all my names would appear white if there was too much stuff on the screen and i played with like 5fps
sometimes this would come up too but i doubt its from the same issues that i had, cuz to find another computer that is equally shit to my old one is pretty much impossible
