Transparent symbol help.

Ok, when it comes to editing images I got a finger in middle of the palm of my hand.. so anybody with editin skills could help me out here?

1st Picture. i'd like to get the middle finger transparent without the white surroundings.


2nd picture i'd like to get the yellow square with the middle finger on it ;P the black stuff should be left out.. also transparent also if possible remove the text from ruining the whole picture :P


P.S its for a clan symbol ;P either one of them will be our new clan symbol so.. need then quick so we can change cape TY in advance :P

Well im not an expert but u can do that with photoshop check some tutorials and i think u wont have problems doind that xP
