The story is very very long anyway:
Vahap is the real name of the char owner that you posted, this guy is 1 of the most important gold bar seller in turkey. He has a shop and own a turk website where he sell everything, lvl 83 chars, macro program, auto loot, gold bar, +9 +10 weapons/armor and +3unique.
A friend of him in real life told me that he found a bug and he created a macro for auto-buy sh1ts from PUS and then NPC it, this going 24/7 and he do tons and tons of money so...
He also own a method for upgrade, again this friend told me time ago that with his method he have always a free copy of the item that he upgrading, if fail he have a free beckup...
Well someone did not believe me and said me that i said only bullsh1t...
Now is too late..
In every server in the last month (1,5 month) many shell set+9 weapons+9 came out as set and in 1 day...
Well everything came out from this guy called Vahap.
I have many many more info but i cannot share everything, i just wanna give an advice stop spend money in this freaking game, im really glad that i quit.

He sell everything cheap... example shell set +9 rogue is only 1000usd.
I know people that bought from him, in manes there are many people that bought from him.
If u live in turkey a face to face payment as few my friends did, while if u live outside they accept only WU.
There is a new way to make money:
1- buy items from Vahap;
2- trade items for other items in game (try get a high offer);
3- sell back the items for real money, this for make a profit.
Many people doing this now, this works because not everyone know from where get items and still many people spend 600 dollar for a shard+9 (also in ko4life) while from vahap u can get 1 for 400 usd only...
sherion 9 and dv9 is only 500usd each!! come on!! lets f4k the game up more then this!!!
