Thats because you only have the trial version of fraps...

Go get a registered copy and you'll be fine.

i used Gamecam before and it was free but now CRAPVISTA and it doesn't work with it, and i think from what i remeber it cost to use fraps or if you get cracked version from people guess it would be free.

if you have a demo version of fraps in your computer, and you get a copy of a cracked one, your going to need to run a program to remove the armidilo(sp) protection that FRAPS puts in your computer with the demo version. It stops you from removing the demo and putting in a fake version. When you load fraps it just closes itself. Dont ask me for the program, I used it a long ass time ago and last time I tried, it wasn't uploaded anymore
