What Kind of Recording program are u using?

anyway I'm using GunCam

because GameCam doesn't works with KO for most of people atm
and I'm not using FRAPS too because it cause me too much lag

i use fraps for recording, then virtual dub for cutting and then
sony vegas to put the cut´s together, make some effect´s and render it

GunCam is kinda retarded if you ask me, the program it self, looks kinda cool and the options you have on it ain't bad at all - reminds me of game cam lite - however, if you actually want to get quality out of that tool and set it to the same parameters as Fraps (for example, 1024x768 resolution; 30FPS Fullsize Recording) it lags you way more than anything else.

For me, Fraps is still the best around, if you know how to use it, it doesn't lag you too bad - the filesize might be annoying however you can always cut those recordings with Virtual dub and don't get any quality loss at all on em.

the point is, if you use guncam then why you should choose 1024x768 ? ofc if you want choose 1024x768 and your computer is good then go for fraps
