He isn't cheating. If you can't notice he is in a party, which gave him buffs. And he is in CZ but it is a Dcz Character.

erm.. no. its undying/300. and obviously he did not buff himself...its a dcz char that got buffed by someone lvl 60+ (hes a debuffer/healer) :rollseyes: (also if he deleveled a lvl 60 char why would he dlvl to 4% lol).
