My friend made same misstake!!
HE had some payments info he sended to GM and told GM chance to a new mail! Buy Gms dident help him.. really bad!!

make a new account since u cant access mykol/customer support from ur main one , and send a ticker asking to change ur email to a new one
give them the DOB , paypal/c&b/CC infos of as many purchases as u can remember and pray
they helped me and a friend of mine tho so yea if u got the infos theyll change ur email too
