imo is guncam
good quality, good fps
I can use fraps with good fps with my core2quad/nvidia/3gb but I still keep using guncam because I get 90 fps+ while recording h34r:
this screenshot has been taken with sony vegas , from a video (1280x1024 on KO and 640x480 on guncam)

recording with guncam but I had fraps opened also :X
