Kinda surprised that I've never seen a +11 personal weapon when there was that quest bug to get it again after you burned yours..
+18-19 rebirthed hell breakers but none of these. lol

LoL bro a character with a personal item +9 could easilly cost 1200$ + at each lvl ..Even at 70 lvl u can easilly sell it..So if a turk make a lvl 80 warrior with +9 sword he can gain 1k usd for char and 1k for sword ( so that's not the why .. )
