You could loot it if you were press on the box again , but till you too SS it was to late , i had this problems also but when i press on box again , he let me loot everything ( depend on weight ofcurse ) , but well sucks

Try Reading the whole Topic again, I Quoted the part he said try sending a CS, I did and it didnt work, i posted this screenshot to prove i am not lieing and i really did sent k2 the ksc and they didnt do anything... and i didnt say its a bug too... im just telling them how cheap k2 is and wont restore even a lupus necklace.
