Gms dont ban people in game. They need proves to ban people so they investigate before banning, so they ban on DB not IG.[/b]

To be honest, they ban people ingame with an edited client. It looks nothing like ours.

When a koxper logs OFF the game, but he knows the name, then he goes and looks through the DB.

I've asked a GM i'm pretty close with about it, and he often had to log off to go DB Ban someone while I was KOXP Checking with him... (i run to koxpers, he teleports on me and i watch them get banned ) In exchange i've been unbanned three times now rofl
