Ok, well a member from ClaW on Deiz has informed me that the neck that drops from Ultima is supposed to be a titanium necklace.I guess it is supposed to have 15% anti weapon def,20str,20Health Bonus(stat points),20intel, and 50hp.I guess he got one changed to its real thing, he is selling it for in game items atm.I will try to get him to show it to me and I'll get an SS and host it up.Until then I would buy it cuz still an IN is worth more then 10gb in most servers xD
