getting 84 PP's +0 isnt that hard, the hard part is having the nuts to put them on anvil with a like 30% succsess chance to go to +4.
on ISW we tryd to make +4's with all the jewls we didnt used while waiting war to start, we were like 20ppl who did so and out of like 70 trys for +4 probably 8 sucsessed.
so yea not forcly duped but strange... like the first +9 weapon(s) o.o

He has:
+9 chitin boots
+9 chitin gaunts
+8 rebirth chitin shell pauldron
+10 rebirth shell pads
and
+8 chitin shell helm

He never has any +10 item
