Dont treat a clan as a duper clan coz 1 of them has smth. Ask about that from the guy not from the clan. Besides, +4 isnt godly yber rare, back when i quited there were 3 +3's in human side, quite legitly.

That's not impossible to do an item like this pp+4 . Just need money/luck, and if you'r an old player, there's a lot of pp+3 in diez, i have see a lot and they are legit so ...i don't think that's dupe .
