That wouldnt suprise me. Most of us wouldnt get items like that in 10 years of playing this game. But for what it's worth, it's cool to look at a character that some people have in their possession because they got connections. If I had a spare 15k around I'll gladly pay that kinda money for something of that calibre. Hell I've spent 700 bucks on the power up store in the last couple months in order to buy igi, so 15k really isnt that much.
