+9 and +10 got the same glow dumbass. Its just that +10 is a constant glow.
Also, the guy who posted it said that he waited for the glow before taking a ss.

Then, you can click on a gm, cept if they are invisible or if they don't want to i think, what about gm event ? what the point of a gm event if we can't touch him?
